PM’s 2008 Best-Looking Truck Contest had many outstanding entries, making the
selection of winners extremely difficult. Using a weighted point system, our panel of judges
from Creative Elements Inc., Frankfort, Ill., selected winners, as well as two runner-ups, for
each of the categories.

I am the resident at my Father’s house on S. Career St. I wanted to take a moment to
commend your company on the employees that you sent out to the house to do the re-pipe
work. They are exceptional employees and represent your firm well. They are always prompt,
respectful and always cleaned up after themselves. They were very informative and always
willing to give thorough explanations. I felt a great deal of confidence in the quality of work
they performed. I wanted to be sure that both my Father and your owner/operator were
made aware of their performance.
I deal with many tradesman in my work and I was very impressed with your employees
performance, and all of the employees who responded from the initial call through to billing.

Had the very fortunate experience of having you install our Kitchen sink & faucet the other
day. Your technician was very concientious and didn't waste a minute of time in doing his
job. He has an excellent work ethic, and has excellent public relation skills. He also gave
some good advice concerning our plumbing. I admire someone like him who gives value and
commitment to a job (a hard-worker).
A good job at an affordable price - what more could we ask? Please personally convey to
him our thanks for a job well-done, and for his personable service.
Also Kudos to your no-nonsense receptionist who was really proficient in her job, gave us the
right information, and didn't waste our time, got right to the point - SERVICE.
It's good to know we have a dependable and affordable neighborhood Plumber whenever we
are in need.
